摘  要:[目的]研究高温、干旱及其互作对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。[方法]采用人工气候室控温,研究不同品种小麦花后各时期高温、干旱及其互作对其籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。[结果]高温、干旱及其互作均能显著提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,高温干旱具有显著的互作效应,但温度是主要影响因子。[结论]高温干旱对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量具有显著的互作效应。[Objective] The aim was to study effects of high temperature,drought and interactions on protein content in wheat grain. [Method]By using temperature controlling artificial climate chamber,the effects of high temperature,drought and their interactions on protein content of wheat grain at different stages after anthesis were studied. [Result]The results showed that,high temperature,drought and their interactions significantly increased protein concentration. High temperature and drought had significant interaction effect,but temperature was the main influencing factor. [Conclusion] High temperature and drought has significant interaction effects on protein content in wheat grain.
