摘  要:结合湿式静电除尘器工程应用实例,探讨了燃煤电厂湿式静电除尘器对细颗粒物的去除效果。湿式静电除尘器能够较好地减少细颗粒物(如PM2.5、PM10等)的排放,但在湿式静电除尘器的出口处,部分细颗粒物仍出现小峰值。为进一步脱除细颗粒物,应用了相变凝聚均流器技术。结果表明,联合使用相变凝聚均流器与湿式静电除尘器技术,对细颗粒的脱除有很大改善,对PM1、PM2.5的脱除效率均达80%以上,整个除尘系统的除尘效率可大于90%,并使火电机组烟尘排放达到"超低排放"要求。Taken the practical projects as examples, the particulate matter removal effects of wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP) are explored. The results indicate that WESP can effectively decrease the emissions of particulate matters (e.g. PM2.5, PM10), but at the WESP outlet, some particles still have small peak values. In order to improve the collection efficacy of the particulate matters, the WESP combined with coalescence method is adopted. The results indicate that the WESP combined with coalescence method can greatly enhance the removal; the efficiency in both PM1 and PM2.5 removal reaches more than 80% and the general efficiency of the dust removal system reaches more than 90%, which enables the generation units to meet the requirements of ultra-low dust emission.
