摘 要:依据医疗信息系统(HIS)集成的技术规范,分析了我院影像诊断科的业务流程存在的弊端,提出了基于虚拟化平台的全院医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)技术方案。该方案引入高可用性集群概念,对大容量医学影像数据提出了分级存储并与医院信息系统(HIS)对接,实现了医疗数据的跨平台共享,减少了患者就诊等待时间,提升了患者满意度。同时,为建立区域PACS奠定了基础。According to the technical standards defined and integrated by hospital information system(HIS), this paper analyzed the pros and cons of workfl ow in the department of diagnostic imaging in our hospital. The paper proposed a technical scheme of a PACS/RIS(Picture Archiving and Communiation System/Radiology Information System) based on virtualization platform. The proposal introduced the concept of high availability cluster and constructed a hierarchical storage system for huge volume medical imaging data and made the data connected to HIS. The medical data sharing and integration cross platform was achieved by data exchange within the clinical information system, which contributed to enhancing diagnostic quality, reducing the waiting time, and increasing patient satisfactory rate. Meanwhile, the system helped laying foundation for the regional PACS system.
