摘　　要：本文阐述了一种在一次性输液器上使用的空液报警装置的设计过程,该装置主由红外检测模块、单片机控制模块、输液状态比较模块以及声光报警模块等组成,具备对在门诊或急诊室内使用的一次性输液器上进行空液报警的功能,可解决相关诊室内输液结束后空液现象易被忽视的问题。实际应用结果表明:本装置能够及时对空液状态做出报警,具有反应灵敏、成本低廉、可拓展性强、设计小巧等优点,具有较好的应用推广价值。This paper introduced the design process of an alarming device for empty bag of disposable intravenous infusion（IV） sets. The device was composed of an infrared detection module, a SCM Control module, a result comparing module, and an acoustic and optical alarming module. Its function was to make an alarm when the intravenous infusion bottle was empty in the emergency or outpatient room. The device could solve the problem that the empty bag of the IV sets were easily ignored in certain clinical departments. In clinical application, the device could respond to the empty infusion bag quickly and sensitively. The designed device had advantages of rapid response, low cost, strong expandability, and compact configuration, thus it had good application and promotion value.
