摘　　要：本文介绍了医院船所处的恶劣环境以及海上航行或停泊时对船上医疗卫生装备的影响。针对此问题分别从装备与人员的配备、规章制度的建立、预防性维护的实施以及质量控制的开展等方面进行了阐释,并提出了相关解决措施。为提高医院船上医疗设备管理水平,确保医疗设备处于完好状态,为海上机动医疗服务和卫勤保障提供有力支持。This paper introduced the harsh environment and its infl uence on the medical equipment on hospital ships. Focusing on this problem, this paper respectively discussed equipment and personnel allocation, rules and regulations establishment, and the preventive maintenance and quality control of the implementation. Corresponding solutions were proposed. This paper aimed to increase the level of medical equipment management on hospital ships and ensure that medical equipment was in good condition so as to provide powerful support for maritime medical services and medical support.
