摘　　要：本文通过检索国内外文献数据库中的临床随机对照试验(RCT),应用Review Manager5.2 Meta分析软件进行荟萃分析,介绍了皮下实时动态血糖监测系统(RT-CGMs)与间断血糖监测(IGM)方法在应激性高血糖胰岛素强化治疗(IIT)中的作用,并探讨了皮下RT-CGMs在应激性高血糖强化降低血糖治疗中的意义。This paper performed systemic searching and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials（RCT） in literature databases by using Review Manager 5.2. The paper evaluated the effects of subcutaneous real time continuous glucose monitoring system（RT-CGMs） versus the effect of intermittent glucose monitoring（IGM） in the intensive insulin therapy（IIT） of stress hyperglycemia. In the intensive insulin therapy for stress hyperglycemia, subcutaneous RT-CGMs had obvious beneficial effect on reducing blood glucose level.
