摘　　要：在对鲁南采煤塌陷水域实地调研的基础上,结合鲁南区的渔业特色优势,因类因地制宜,提出了构建采煤塌陷水域渔业综合治理模式——生态渔业模式和生态旅游模式。生态渔业模式可产生良好的经济效益;生态旅游模式通过建成集休闲娱乐、观光、教育、生态保护等多种功能于一体的人工湿地公园,不仅为人类提供休闲、度假场所,还可以有效改善矿区生态环境质量,从而取得良好的经济效益、社会效益与生态效益。Based on the investigation results of south Shandong coal mining subsidence waters and the fisheries advantages of south Shandong area, the fishery comprehensive utilization mode of coal mining subsidence waters in south Shandong was put forward, which included eco-fishery development mode and eco-tourism development mode. Eco-fishery development mode could provide high-quality but low- cost protein; while eco-tourism development mode could build artificial wetland park, which has multi function of leisure entertainment, tourism, education, ecological protection and so on. It could not only provide leisure and holiday place for human, but could improve the mining area ecological environment quality, and ultimately realize？ the economic, social and ecological benefits maximization.
