摘　　要：法院审理案件"以事实为依据,以法律为准绳"。然而,这里的事实指的是法律事实,即经法院认定的事实。在此,结合一起医疗案件通过对法律事实的分析,进一步感知医务人员在诊疗工作中留下证据痕迹的重要。The court hearing the case should base on the facts and according to the law as the criterion.However,if you think that the ＂fact＂ here is the truth,it＇s completely mistake.This paper,combined with analyzing the legal facts of a medical case,further inform the medical staff to leave traces in the diagnosis and treatment.
