摘　　要：介绍了科学数据管理和数据馆员的定义、兴起背景及其在国内外的发展现状,尤其是当前国外高校图书馆数据管理和数据馆员的现状,分析了国内科学数据管理和数据馆员发展中面临的关键问题,提出了解决对策。After a description of the definition and emerging background of scientific data management and its development in China and foreign countries, especially the status quo of data management and data librarians in foreign academic libraries, the key problems in domestic data management and data librarians were analyzed with measures for their solution proposed.
