摘 要:该文介绍了对佳木斯地区进行薰衣草引种栽培及扦插试验研究。试验采用露地和普通塑料大棚2种方式定植薰衣草植株,并对2种方法的成活率、株高、冠幅、花枝总长及花穗长等进行测定。结果显示:大棚种植薰衣草总体长势优于露地种植;且采用简单覆土方式即可安全越冬;并以3种不同类型的薰衣草插穗为试材,在不同基质、生根粉浓度及处理时间的条件下进行扦插,统计插穗成活率,筛选出最佳处理条件,结果表明:500μg·m L-1生根粉处理茎梢效果最好。试验结果为今后佳木斯地区进行薰衣草引种及大量繁殖提供理论依据。Introduction and cutting of lavender in Jiamusi area was researched. Lavender plant was planted on theopen field and greenhouse,and the survival rate,plant height,crown width,spray length and spikes length etc. weremeasured. The results showed that:lavender planting in greenhouse overall grew better than that in the open field.Three different types of cutting slips of lavender as test materials were taken cuttings in different matrix,rooting pow-der concentration and treatment time. Survival rate of lavender was observed and recorded and the optimum process-ing conditions was selected. The results showed that the best condition was 500μg·m L- 1rooting powder treatmentstem tip. The experimental results provided a theoretical basis for introduction and propagation of lavender in Jiamu-si area.
