1例PCI术后上消化道大出血介入栓塞止血的护理

摘　　要：报告1例冠心病经PCI手术的患者,术后并发上消化道大出血采取介入栓塞止血的护理。术前护理的关键是对UGH患者正确评估,做好急救护理和病情观察及术前准备工作,病情平稳后,尽早应用双抗药物,同时保持患者情绪稳定,避免心脏突发恶性事件的发生。本例患者抢救成功、无支架术后不良事件的发生,住院12 d,痊愈出院。Report one case of patients with coronary heart disease after the PCI surgery, interventional embolism caused by massivehemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract after taken care at the end of the bleeding. Preoperative nursing is the key to the patients＇ should correctevaluation, completes the emergency nursing and observation and preoperative preparations, after the illness is smooth, the application of the doubleresistance to drugs as soon as possible, while keeping the patients emotional stability, and avoid the occurrence of cardiac malignant emergency. Thepatients were rescued successfully, no stent after the occurrence of adverse events, hospital 12 d, fine out of the hospital.
