城市污泥制备烧结墙体材料的性能研究

摘　　要：选取污水处理厂污泥及其附近黏土为主要原料制备烧结墙体材料,对原料物理性质、化学成分、颗粒组成、成型干燥性能及其烧结性能进行研究试验;对制品抗压强度、泛霜、石灰爆裂和吸水率性能进行检测,结果符合GB/T13545-2014《烧结空心砖和空心砌块》标准中的技术要求;同时还提出了城市污泥与黏土制备烧结墙体材料的适宜配比。Based on the index of raw materials sludge and clay of an urban sewage treatment plant, the paper re-searches the physical properties, chemical composition, particle composition, molding, drying and firing perfor-mances of the raw materials. Through the test of the products, compressive strength, efflorescence, lime blowing,water absorption, the results show that the products meet the technical requirements of GB/T13545-2014＂Firedhollow bricks and blocks＂, and also propose suitable formulations.
