摘　　要：文章介绍了八钢5#4.3m捣固焦炉进行保护性冷炉操作的停炉方案。因5#捣固焦炉还与1#和3#焦炉共用一套荒煤气导出、净化系统。介绍了在保证生产、安全、环保的前提条件下实施的操作过程。This article introduced the shutdown scheme of protection-aimed cooling down practice on the No.5 4.3mstamp-charging coking furnace of Bayi steel .Based on the fact that this No.5 furnace with No.l furnace and No.3 furnaceshare a set of raw gas output and purification system, so this article introduced the operation process based on ensuring fullproduction output, safe processing and environmental friendly facts.
