摘　　要：采用DEA-Gini系数-收敛分析方法,依据2001—2013年人文社会科学20门学科面板数据,测度学科建设效率之间的差异及其收敛性。研究显示,我国人文社会科学学科建设效率低下,受纯技术效率影响较大,大部分学科处于规模报酬收益递减阶段,人员投入比经费支出能带来更多的学科建设项目资助。人文社会科学20门学科之间建设效率的差距并不存在显著的差异。人文社会科学学科建设效率不存在α收敛和条件β收敛,但存在显著的绝对β收敛。Using the methods of DEA-Gini coefficient and convergence effect analysis,the paper measures the differences and convergence effect of construction efficiency among disciplines in terms of humanities and social sciences in 2001—2013 panel data of 20 disciplines. The study shows that the overall construction inefficiency of Chinese humanities and social sciences is influenced by the low pure technical efficiency greatly,and most disciplines exists in a state of decreasing return to scale. The participants can bring more discipline construction project funding than the intramural expenditure. The construction efficiency gap which exists among all disciplines is unobvious. No alpha and conditional β convergence exists in the discipline construction efficiency of the humanities and social science,but a significant absolute β convergence exists there.
