摘　　要：针对医院"三长一短"问题,基于"互联网+"思维,采用O2O模式,利用移动终端、自助终端、移动通信等技术,设计网上医疗服务平台,改造就诊流程,实现线下实体医院和线上医疗服务平台相结合,提高医疗服务质量与患者就医效率,改善就医环境,提升医院形象。According to the problem of waiting too long for registering, paying and examining, we use mobile terminals, self-service terminals, mobile communication and other technologies based on Internet+ and O2O mode. We design online medical service platform, improve the medical treatment process, and combine the offline hospital and the online medical service platform. Finally, it improves the quality of medical service, medical efficiency, environment, and social image of the hospital.
