摘　　要：目的:解决门诊就医中"三长一短"的情况,提高门诊的运行效率,方便患者就诊。方法:采用B/S结构,以Oracle数据库作为服务端,客户端程序使用JAVA开发工具。结果:本系统功能强大,操作界面简洁,易学实用,具有标准化、个性化、智能化等优点。结论:改善了病人就医流程,分担了医院收费窗口压力,为医院带来了显著的经济效益和社会效益。Objective: To resolve the situation of three long and one short in outpatient, to improve clinic operational efficiency and facilitate patient treatment. Method: The software is developed by using B/S software model that is using oracle database as the server and using JAVA development tools to design the client program. Result: The function of this system is powerful and it can be used easily by the operator. The system is also very intelligent. The software offers the standardized and individualistic template to the operator. Conclusion: improve the processes of hospitalizing for the patients, relieve the pressure of hospital charging windows, the brand new medical payment process will obviously bring the hospital remarkable economic benefits and positive social impact.
