摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的手术护理方法及效果。方法:将2014年6月-2015年5月本院收治的30例腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术患者纳入本次研究,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结手术护理经验与体会。结果:30例患者手术均告成功,手术成功率为100%。无一例出现术前准备不当或护理配合差错,均未出现手术相关并发症。结论:围术期开展包括基础护理、心理护理及体位护理在内的综合护理干预可有效提高腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术患者治疗依从性,减少并发症,为手术成功提供了有效保障,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To evaluate the laparoscopic surgical care methods and effects of peritoneal vaginoplasty.Method:Thirty patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for vaginoplasty in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the objects,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the experience of surgical nursing was summarized.Result:30 patients’ surgeries were successful,the success rate was 100%.None of the cases occurred preoperative improperly-preparation or nursing errors,and there was no operative complication.Conclusion:The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention includes basic care,psychological care and postural care can improve the compliance and reduce the complications of laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty treatment,it provides effective protection for the successful of operation,which has positive clinical significance.
