摘　　要：目的:探讨24 h动态血压对患者睡眠质量及血压监测结果的影响。方法:选择2014年5月-2015年5月笔者所在医院收治的确诊高血压患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,观察组行24 h动态血压监测,对照组每间隔2小时进行一次人工袖带血压测定,比较两组睡眠质量及血压测定类型。结果:观察组汤氏睡眠质量量表中难以入睡、易醒、醒后难以再次入睡、药物应用、宿醉感及睡眠充足得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发现非杓型血压比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),出现杓型血压比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:24 h动态血压监测,结合患者临床症状与体征,能更好的诊断高血压临床类型,且对患者睡眠质量无明显影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for sleep quality and blood pressure on patients with hypertension.Method:80 patients with hypertension from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was taken in observation group,and artificial blood pressure measurement interval 2 hours was taken in control group,the sleep quality and blood pressure type were compared of the two groups.Result:Scores of difficult to sleep,festless sleep,difficulty sleeping again,drug using,hangover and adequate sleep in Tang’s sleep quality scale were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The observation group found that the non dipper blood pressure was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the dipper type blood pressure ratio was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,combined with clinical symptoms and signs,can better diagnose hypertension clinical types,and no significant impact on the quality of sleep in patients.
