摘 要:分别以有机颜料铜钛菁蓝与苯丙乳胶的共混体系和有机颜料铜钛菁蓝/苯丙乳胶的复合体系为研究对象,在线观察升温过程中上述体系内有机颜料及黏合剂胶粒的运动成膜现象,再利用分光测色仪对相应的连续胶膜进行显色效果比较和分析。研究结果发现:在共混体系下,颜料颗粒运动扩散非常有限;而在复合体系下,颜料颗粒会随胶粒高分子的运动而扩散,从而可有效提高复合型胶膜中颜料颗粒的分散均匀性,以及胶膜的色牢度和色深性。通过探究焙烘成膜过程中共混型和复合型颜料乳胶的形态结构演化特点,可为提升颜料涂层品质提供参考。Film formation processes of two typical suspensions, namely the suspension of the blending system of organic pigment phthalocyanine blue ( PB) and styrene-acrylic particles and the suspension of the composite system of PB and styrene-acrylic copolymers, were systematically investigated in temperature rise process. The coloration effect of corresponding film was compared and analyzed by spectral scanning instrument. The results show that under the blending system, pigment particles are limited during diffusion;however, in the composite system, pigment particles will diffuse with the movement of macromolecules of colloidal particles so as to effectively improve dispersion uniformity of pigment particles in the composite film, pigment particles and color depth of the film. This research may provide reference for improving the quality of pigment coating through studying morphological structure evolution features of blending and composite pigment latexes in baking fim formation process. omposite organic pigment particles during the baking film-formation process, and further to improve the quality of pigment coatings.
