摘 要:选择涤纶凉爽纤维、防紫外涤纶纤维、吸湿排汗涤纶纤维设计开发冰爽型防紫外涤纶针织面料。首先测试分析三种纤维的拉伸性能、摩擦性能和回潮率,在此基础上采用L9(34)正交表,通过改变三种纤维的原料组成设计9种试验方案,并在提花大圆机上完成试样的编织。测试试样的保温率、紫外线防护系数和透湿量,通过直观分析和方差分析可知,原料组成对冰爽型防紫外涤纶针织面料的主要性能影响显著,涤纶凉爽纤维、防紫外涤纶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维的较优原料组成为50/25/25。Cool polyester fiber, anti-UV polyester fiber and wicking polyester fiber were chosen to design and develop the ice type anti-UV polyester knitted fabric. The tensile property, friction property and moisture regain of three kinds of fibers were tested and analyzed first of all. On this basis, L9 (34 ) orthogonal table was used to design nine kinds of experimental schemes by changing the material composition of three kinds of fibers. The fabric samples were knitted on the jacquard circular knitting machine. The heat retention rate, ultraviolet protection factor and moisture transmission amount of the samples were tested. Through the intuitive analysis and variance analysis, we can get a conclusion that the material composition has significant influence on main properties of ice type anti-UV polyester knitted fabrics. The optimal material composition of cool polyester fiber, anti-UV polyester fiber and wicking polyester fiber is 50/25/25.
