淳安县茧丝绸产业发展现状与对策

摘　　要：淳安县茧丝绸产业是当地县域经济传统产业之一。受市场、技术等因素制约,茧丝绸产业比较效益低,且随着工业化、城镇化进程加快,外出务工和从事其他产业的青壮年劳力越来越多,导致目前出现了桑蚕种养规模下降,茧丝绸加工产能过低的现象。通过"十二五"以来淳安县茧丝绸产业发展现状的分析,提出了创建蚕桑特色小镇、做强龙头企业、加快产业生态化与产业旅游化的融汇发展、引进先进实用新技术、提高茧丝绸产业科技转化率、引进高端丝绸企业等有效对策,以期跳出传统县域经济禁锢,努力打造产业转型新模式。Cocoon industry in Chun'an county is one of the local traditional economic industries. Restricted by the factors such as market and technology, comparative benefit of cocoon industry is low, and as the industrialization and urbanization process is accelerated, migrant workers and young laborers engaged in other industries become more and more. Thus, mulberry planting scale and silkworm raising scale drop, the cocoon processing capacity is too low. This paper analyses the current situation of the development of cocoon industry in Chun'an county, and proposes effective countermeasures as follows: creating characteristic town of silkworm breeding and mulberry growing, making the leading enterprise strong, accelerating integrative development of industrial ecologicalization and industrial tourism, introducing advanced practical new technology, improving science and technology transformation rate of cocoon silk industry and introducing high-end silk enterprises, in the hope of jumping out from traditional county economy and making efforts to make a new mode for industrial transformation.
