摘　　要：针对地理国情普查或监测外业的工作内容和要求,设计并开发了一套移动GIS版外业调绘系统产品,并对其关键技术,如地图瓦片和缓存、嵌入式矢量数据管理和内外业数据格式转换等技术方法进行了研究和开发。应用证明,本产品与同类产品相比,具有一定的优势。According to the contents and requirements of geographical conditions census or monitoring of field work, this paper designed and developed a set of mobile GIS version field work annotation system products. And then, the paper studied the related key technologies, such as map tiles and caching, embedded vector data management and data format conversion of interior and field work. The application results prove that this product compared with similar products, has a certain advantage.
