摘　　要：科技资源的稀缺性和战略性直接导致区域经济发展的非均衡,高效配置和综合集成是破解差异的关键。基于索罗余值法测算了2001-2014年河南科技资源配置区域差异的动态变化,认为河南科技资源配置处于粗放型发展阶段,从科技资源投入、配置环境和持续发展能力三个维度实证分析了河南18地市的科技资源配置区域差异。The unbalanced state of regional economic development is directly caused by the scarcity and strategy of scientific and technological resources, the efficient allocation and integration of scientific and techno?logical resources are the key to solve the difference. The paper calculates the dynamic changes of regional differ?ences of scientific and technological resources allocation in Henan from 2001 to 2014 by using Solow comple?mentary method, draws the conclusion that Henan scientific and technological resources allocation is atthe inten?sive development stage, and carries out empirical research on regional difference of scientific and technological?resources allocation in 18 cities of Henan from three dimensions:scientific and technological resources invest?ment, environment and sustainable development capacity.
