摘　　要：本文通过河南省技术转移人才培养工作现状分析,提出河南省技术转移人才培养规划与对策建议,以期加快培养一支高素质、专业化的技术转移从业人员队伍,有力支撑河南省科技服务业发展,促进技术成果资本化和产业化。The article,through analysis on the present situation of technology transfer talents training work in Henan Province, put forward the technology transfer talents training planning and countermeasures and sug?gestions in our province, in order to accelerate cultivation of a high-quality, professional technology transfer staff team, provide strong support science and technology service industry development in our province, and pro?motecapitalization and industrialization of technological achievements.
