摘　　要：为了进一步贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略,更好的服务我市科技创新与经济发展,同时避免不必要的重复性研究,利用已有的科技成果和资源服务创新,并加强人才与设备的协助利用,完善科技信息网络建设,以切实提升科技管理部门科技服务水平、信息化管理水平,最大限度地服务科技工作,加快提升全市科技创新能力,为驻马店市经济社会发展提供强有力的科技支撑。In order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy, better serve science and technology innovation and economic development in our city, andavoid unnecessary repetitive studies at the same time, using the existing scientific and technological achievements and resources service innovation, strengthening the assistantutilization of talents and equipment, and improvingthe science and technology infor?mation network construction, to effectively enhance the science and technology service level and informatization managementlevel of Science and Technology Management Department,maximize the service work forscience and technology, accelerate the upgrading of the city's scientific and technological innovation ability, and provide a strong scientific and technological support for the economic and social development in Zhumadian.
