摘　　要：在环境问题凸显的大背景之下,环境诉讼的司法救济手段完善问题备受社会关注。近年来,各方面的动力推动多地法院开始探索建立环境保护禁止令制度,本文通过对环境保护禁止令制度的实践经验进行梳理,希望能对此问题做出有益探索。Under the background of highlighted environmental problems, the perfection of judicial reme?dies methods for environmental lawsuit has arisen public concern. In recent years, the power from a variety of ways makes many courts try to explore and establish the system of environmental injunction. This article aims to get positive explorations toward the problem by organizing and analyzing the practical experience on the system of environmental injunction.
