摘 要:多根牙种植体的初期稳定性对种植成功率起着决定性的作用。以有限元分析为手段,将种植系统一阶共振频率和种植体微动值作为初期稳定性评价标准,研究骨质条件、接触部位和过盈量等参数对种植体初期稳定性的影响,结果表明:一阶共振频率和微动之间呈负相关,多根牙种植体与皮质骨部位的接触配合提供了主要的初期稳定性。在同种骨质中,随着过盈量的增加,初期稳定性不断增加,但后期其增长速度逐渐变得平缓。这为之后多根牙种植体的种植窝备孔提供了一定的理论依据.Primary stability of multi-rooted dental implant played a decisive role in success of implanting.With the help of finite element analysis,it could acquire the root-analogue implant's primary stability with different interference position,interference quantity and bone substance,and use the first-order resonance frequency and micromotion to evaluate primary stability.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between first-order resonance frequency and micromotion,primary stability was mainly provided by the contact degree between implant and cortical bone.When bone substance remains unchanged,with the increasing of interference quantity,primary stability increased constantly,but growth rate became gently in the later stage.It could provide theoretical foundation for drilling preparation of multi-rooted dental implant in future.
