摘  要:目的:建立检测夹尾刺激影响大鼠心血管活动的心理生理学同步记录技术,为相关应激性心血管疾病的研究和防治提供基础性实验资料。方法:取成年雄性SD大鼠20只,经腹腔注射乌拉坦麻醉后,进行痛情绪相关核团基底外侧杏仁核(basolateral amygdala,BLA)和心血管中枢头端延髓腹外侧区(rostral ventrolateral medulla,RVLM)电活动的同步记录,同时监测心电、呼吸肌肌电、皮肤电导、体温等生理指标,并对夹尾刺激引起的反应进行初步分析。结果:夹尾刺激提高了BLA和RVLM的放电频率(n=20)、心率、心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)之LF/HF的比值,以及呼吸频率和呼吸肌肌电幅值(n=16,配对t检验,P<0.01),但皮肤电导和体温的变化没有统计学意义。结论:夹尾刺激对心血管活动的影响可能涉及脑内痛情绪相关核团BLA和心血管中枢RVLM的参与。Objective: To develop a psychophysiological technique for synchronous recording of the cardiovascular activities in rats induced by tail pinch stimulus in order to supply basic experimental data in research and prevention of the cardiovascular diseases associated with stressful activating stimulus.Methods: Twenty adult male Sprague Dawley rats were obtained and anesthetized via intraperitoneal injection of urethane to observe the activities in pain emotion-related basolateral amygdala( BLA) and cardiovascular center rostral ventrolateral medulla( RVLM) by extracellular recordings,and a polygraph was used to synchronously monitor electrocardiograph( ECG),electromyograph( EMG) of breath muscles,skin conductance and body temperature. The response during tail pinch test was preliminarily analyzed. Results: Tail pinch not only increased the discharge frequency of BLA and RVLM( n = 20),heart rate and the LF / HF ratio in heart rate variability( HRV),but also the respiratory frequency and EMG amplitude after tail pinch( n = 16,paired t test,P 0. 01),yet there was no statistical significance in changes of skin conductance and body temperature. Conclusion: Cardiovascular responses in rats induced by tail pinch may involve a psychophysiological mechanism,including activation of pain emotion-related BLA and cardiovascular center RVLM.
