摘 要:近年来,粉痂病已成为内蒙古自治区马铃薯生产上的主要病害之一,目前针对该病害没有有效的防治药剂和措施。为筛选出有效的药剂防治马铃薯粉痂病,于2015年在阴山北麓地区开展马铃薯粉痂病大田防治药剂筛选试验,并采集带菌土样进行室内盆栽药剂筛选试验。室内试验结果表明,土壤带菌是主要的初侵染源,带菌薯次之;4.5 L/hm2氟啶胺拌土、120倍或150倍液氟啶胺浸种处理对粉痂病的防治有较好效果,发病率和病情指数显著下降。大田试验结果表明,120倍液氟啶胺浸种结合3 L/hm2沟施和4.5 L/hm2块茎形成期灌根处理对粉痂病的防治有一定效果,病指防效为36.4%。In recent years, powdery scab has become one of the important diseases in potato production in InnerMongolia. Currently, there are no effective measures and fungicides to control the powdery scab. The experiments forcontrolling the potato powdery scab were conducted in the field and the greenhouse in the northern of Yin Mountains in 2015for selection of effective fungicide and control of potato powdery scab. The results of greenhouse experiment showed that thepowdery scab incidence of the daughter tuber from contaminated soil was higher than that from infected mother tuber, andmixing soils with fluazinam at 4.5 L/ha and soaking seed with 120 or 150 times fluazinam solution had better control efficacyof powdery scab. The result of the field experiment showed that fluazinam, soaking seed with 120 times solution combinedwith furrow application of 3 L/ha and spraying of 4.5 L/ha at the tuber initiation stage had some control efficiencies of powderyscab, with efficacy being 36.4%.
