摘　　要：文章综述了芸薹属作物远缘杂交子房离体培养的影响因素,总结了通过子房离体培养获得再生植株真假杂种的鉴定方法及其染色体加倍方法的应用,并提出了芸薹属作物杂交子房离体培养中存在的问题及发展前景,以期为后续研究工作提供参考。The article reviewed the factors affecting on distant hybridization of Brassica crops through in-vitro cuhme ofovaries, Summarized methods for true and false hybrid identification and application on chromosome doubling of regenerationplants which were obtained through in-vitro culture ofovaries, and pointed out problems and development prospects inhybridization of Brassica crops through in-vitro cuhme of ovaries in order to provide reference for future research work.
