摘　　要：偏离-份额分析法是通过诊断目标区域各产业总产值增长相对于参照系对象的偏离情况,揭示一段时期内地区产业结构变动特点的重要方法。文章采用江阴市"十二五"期间地区生产总值总量与增幅数据,以江苏省为参照,对江阴产业结构变动进行深入分析研究。结果显示,江阴经济在"十二五"期间比全省率先进入新常态,特别是"十二五"中后期,整体处于转型阵痛、爬坡过坎的阶段,产业结构调整面临诸多发展难题。SSM is an important method used to uncover the characteristics of regional industrial structure changesover a period of time through the diagnosis of the target area data in terms of relative deviations from the referenceobject. This paper is an in-depth analysis of the statistical data of the industrial structure changes over theTwelfth Five-Year-Plan in Jiangyin City with reference to those of Jiangsu Province. The results indicate that theeconomy of Jiangyin City leads the whole province with regard to entering the new norm. During the middle andlater years of the period, the general economy of the city experienced a painstaking transformation to overcomethe difficulties, and the adjustment of industrial structure was confronted with numerous problems.
