摘　　要：上海自贸区建立是国际经济形式要求我国扩大开放与国内市场化动力减缓双重背景下产生的。拥有长三角经济腹地的上海自贸区会凭借其政策优势继续强化其服务业优势。江苏有必要从产业层面对接上海自贸区建设,处理好相互间生产者服务业与制造业互动关系并实现产业升级与有序转移,稳步实现全球价值链攀升,借鉴其促进贸易便利之经验释放市场活力,形成经济增长新动力。Shanghai PFTZ is the outcome under the dual background that China should widen its domestic market opening and the drive of market-oriented reform waned. Shanghai PFTZ, which takes Yangtze River Delta as its economic hinterland, will strengthen its status in service industry relying on its favorable policies. For Jiangsu province,it is necessary to forge a link with the construction of Shanghai PFTZ form industrial aspect to form a good relationship between the manufacturing industry and its producer service industry, to realize the upgrading and migration of manufacturing and the gradual climbing in GVC. By learning its experience in promoting the commerce facilitates, a new engine in economic development may be formed by releasing the market force.
