摘　　要：文化是一个民族的血脉和灵魂,少数民族传统文化是中国民族多样性的重要标志。乌江流域地域广袤,少数民族众多,是中国少数民族的重要聚居地之一,在悠久的历史发展过程中,创造和积淀了丰富的文化资源。随着全球化加速发展,乌江流域少数民族传统文化遇到前所未有的挑战,一些少数民族传统文化濒临消失。因此,加深对少数民族传统文化发展与保护的当代认识,研究目前少数民族传统文化所遇到的困难与挑战,探索少数民族传统文化发展与保护的有效措施,对于促进少数民族传统文化发展与保护意义重大。Culture is viewed as the blood and soul of the Chinese nation. In particular,traditional minority culture is a crucial symbol of China＇s ethnic diversity. Wujiang river basin,for instance,is a significant and widespread region where the minority nationalities of our country lived in compact communities.It has created and accumulated the rich cultural resources in the process of historical development. However,with the accelerated development of globalization,culture protection of traditional minority in Wujiang River basin has met the unprecedented challenges. Some ethnic traditional culture is even on the verge of disappearing. Therefore,it is necessary to promote the development and protection of ethnic traditional culture by increasing accesses to culture protection of traditional minority,investigating the current difficulties and challenges faced by the protection of minority culture and exploring the effective strategies that would promote the culture protection of traditional minority.
