摘  要:在无添加剂条件下,采用共沉淀法合成了花状独居石结构的YPO_4·2H_2O∶Eu^(3+)橙红色荧光粉。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光光谱(PL)等分析手段对样品的结构、形貌以及发光性能进行了表征。研究了Eu^(3+)掺杂浓度、pH值、磷酸量、合成温度对合成纳米材料的发光性能以及形貌的影响。结果表明,所合成的花状独居石结构的YPO_4·2H_2O∶Eu^(3+)橙红色荧光粉,在392nm紫外光激发下,观察到YPO_4·2H_2O∶Eu^(3+)的发射主峰位置在589nm处。当条件分别为掺杂浓度29%、pH=8、磷酸添加量为7mL、合成温度为80℃时样品具有最强的发光强度。在紫外灯照射下,样品呈现出明亮的橙红色。Under the condition of no additives,the flower-like,monazite structure YPO_4·2H_2O∶Eu3+ orange-red phosphor was synthesized using coprecipitation method.The crystal structure,morphology and luminescence properties of products were characterized by X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)and so on.It was discussed that the effect of Eu3+ doping concentration,pH value,the amount of phosphoric acid and synthesis temperature on the luminescent properties and the morphology of nanomaterials.The results showed that under the 392 nm ultraviolet excitation,YPO_4·2H_2O∶Eu3+ emission peak position at 589 nm was observed.When the conditions of doping concentration of 29%,pH =8,phosphoric acid added amount 7mL and the synthesis temperature was 80℃,the samples had the strongest emission intensity.Under ultraviolet light,the samples exhibited a bright orange-red.
