摘 要:以醋酸乙烯(VAc)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为改性单体,羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MA)为交联剂,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为改性剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为复合乳化体系,采用半连续预乳化种子乳液法制备有机硅改性的醋丙乳液。考察BA、AA、有机硅和N-MA用量对单体转化率的影响。利用红外光谱、透射电镜和激光衍射粒度分析仪对合成的乳液进行了表征分析。研究结果表明乳液具有核壳结构,且性能优越。With vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate as main monomer,acrylic acid as modified monomer,N-hydro-methyl acryl amide as crosslinking agent,γ-(mathacryl amide)proyl-trimethoxy silane(KH-570)as modification agent,ammonium hydroxide(APS)as the initiator,OP-10 and SDS as the compound emulsifier,silicone modified vinyl acetate/acrylic emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.Investigation of the amount of butyl acrylate,acrylic acid,silicone,methyl acrylamide was carried out,the four factors affected the conversion rate of the monomer.The emulsion was analyzed by FT-IR,TEM and laser particle size analyzer.The results showed that the emulsion had core-shell structure and improved performance.
