活性炭中CH_3^(127)I的解吸及其分析方法初探

摘  要:活性炭碘吸附器主要用于去除在核电站运行事故条件下产生的放射性碘和碘甲烷。碘吸附器的合格与否要通过一系列严格检验,其中碘吸附器中所装活性炭的检验主要通过放射性示踪气体试验方法进行,该方法采用放射性甲基碘(CH_3^(125)I和CH_3^(131)I)作为示踪气体,而CH_3^(125)I和CH_3^(131)I对人体会造成辐射危害。为了减少CH_3^(125)I和CH_3^(131)I对人体的伤害,设想采用非放射性甲基碘(CH_3^(127)I)替代CH_3^(125)I和CH_3^(131)I作为示踪气体进行试验。结合核电站现场的实际情况,从浓度设定、方法检出限确定、如何采样以及如何解吸等几个方面通过气相色谱仪对CH_3^(127)I进行了初步研究。结果表明:CH_3^(127)I在0~2.56μg/mL和10~200μg/mL 2个浓度范围内均线性良好,检出限为0.004μg/mL,精密度在1.3%~3.1%之间,说明该方法重现性良好;但在活性炭吸附CH_3^(127)I后,采用二硫化碳(CS_2)解吸它的解吸效率在20%~25.5%之间,解吸效率偏低。Activated carbon iodine absorber is mainly applied in absorbing (131)I and CH_3(131)I under the condition of nuclear power plant accident.The quality of activated carbon iodine absorber was determined by the test method of radioactive tracer gas.In order to reduce the harm of radioactive tracer gas,non-radioactive methyl iodide was applied as tracer gas to test.With the actual case of nuclear power plant,non-radioactive methyl iodide was studied by gas chromatography from several aspects,such as concentration,detection limit,sample and desorption.The results showed that the linear relationship of non-radioactive methyl iodide was good in 0~2.56μg/mL and 10~200μg/mL,detection limit was 0.004μg/mL,precision was between 1.3%and 3.1%,desorption efficiency was between 20%and 25.5%and was lower by the method of activated carbon adsorption—carbon disulfide desorption.
