摘 要:采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)分散液为涂层剂主要原料,并添加一定比例的发泡剂、助剂等,对聚苯硫醚(PPS)过滤材料进行发泡涂层处理,研究了涂层对滤料结构和性能的影响。通过扫描电镜的结果分析表明,发泡涂层后的PPS滤料表面形成了1层致密的多孔结构。过滤效率和孔径测试结果表明,经涂层处理后PPS滤料的过滤性能有所提高,孔径的尺寸也变得更小,滤料的最小孔径从26.33μm缩小到1.26μm。对滤料的耐磨性研究表明,涂层后滤料的耐磨性得到了明显的改善,在转速70r/min条件下,从616次增加到27941次,增加了滤料的使用寿命。The surface foam coating of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)filter material was conducted with polytetrafluroethylene(PTFE)dispersion,adding a certain proportion of foaming agent and additives,ect..And the effect of coating on the structure and properties of material were studied.The results of scanning electron microscopy indicated that a lay of compact and porous coating formed on the surface of material after coating treatment.Filtration efficiency and aperture test showed the filtering performance of coated material was improved,while the size of aperture was smaller,and the minimum pore size of material from 26.33μm down to1.26μm.The research of wear resistance of material proved that its wear durability was improved.Under the condition of the speed of 70r/min,the wear-resisting times increased from 616 to 27941,meanwhile the service life of the filter material was increased.
