摘　　要：果戈理是俄国文学史上一个复杂难解的现象,无论是他本人的精神世界还是他的艺术创作都充满着不相容和的冲突与矛盾。作为一个作家,他的思想首先就反映在他的创作当中,通过他的作品我们可以看到,终身未婚的果戈理对女性的看法同样带有他一贯的矛盾性。在果戈理的艺术世界里,女性或是被奉若神明,或是被视为妖魔,他从神秘主义的宗教观出发,将地狱与天堂两种相互对立的喻意附着在女性人物身上,创作出带有天使与魔鬼两种极端色彩的女性形象。Gogol is an enigmatic writer in the history of Russian literature. Irrecon- cilable conflicts and contradictions are fully displayed both in his spiritual world and in his literary creations. In his works women are either worshipped as goddesses or portrayed as demons. With his religious mysticism Gogol attributes the opposite features of heaven and hell to his female characters, creating two extremely different kinds of women, angel and demon.
