摘　　要：弹子结构锁是目前最常见的锁具结构,近代的弹子结构锁是美国人耶鲁父子发明的,1887年（清光绪二十三年）传入我国。当时我国建立的第一家银行——中国通商银行首先使用弹子锁,引起了国人的注意。1930年,在烟台黄县西关开设程大钱庄的杜沛然、于信周因钱业萧条另谋出路,共出资大洋400元,与在黄县西关经营精明钟表眼镜店兼营自行车修理的刘集臣合伙,在程大钱庄后院开办＂顺记工厂＂,In 1930 Peiran Du and Xinzhou Yu,bosses of C'hengda Money Shop in Xiguan,Huangxian County.Yantai,made another way out due to the recession of the banking industry.They invested 400 silver dollars and cooperated with Jichen Liu.boss of Jingming Clock and Glass Shop and also in charge of repairing bicycles in Huangxian County's Xiguan.to open Shunji Factory in the backyard of C'hengda Money Shop to produce bolt locks for bicycles.Later it became Yantai Chengming Lock factory.
