农业循环经济的研究综述与展望

摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础,以高消耗、高污染、低效率为特征的传统农业生产模式已不能适应现代农业发展的需要。发展农业循环经济,是转变传统农业生产模式、实现生态环境保护和可持续发展的根本保证。通过梳理国内学者的相关文献,概述了发展农业循环经济的必要性;介绍了发展农业循环经济的多种模式;分析了发展农业循环经济可以产生的经济、生态、社会三方面效益;指出了进一步发展面临的问题;总结了发展农业循环经济的相关对策和建议。进而从农业循环经济补贴政策细化研究、适用性研究、示范机制研究、绩效评价与指标设计研究4个方面提出了对未来研究方向的展望。Featured by traditional mode of yield at the cost of high consumption,high pollution and low efficiency,agriculture,foundation of the national economy,has failed to meet the needs of modern agricultural development.Developing agricultural circular economy serves as the core for the transformation of yield mode of traditional agriculture,ecological environment protection and sustainable development.This paper summarizes the necessity of the development of agricultural circular economy,introduces the related patterns,analyzes its benefits in economic,ecological and social aspects,points out potential problems in development and summarizes the related countermeasures and the suggestion.This paper further raises the prospect for future from four aspects,namely the subsidy policy refinement research,applicability research,demonstration mechanism research,performance evaluation and index design research.
