摘  要:中关铁矿拟采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法进行回采,该采矿方法的关键之一就是合理地确定充填体强度。传统的充填体强度确定方法存在诸多问题,需要探索更科学的方法来研究充填体强度与岩体的匹配。在对中关铁矿尾砂胶结充填体进行室内力学试验、得到其应力-应变曲线的基础上,利用损伤力学建立了充填体峰值应力前的损伤本构方程,并根据岩体开挖释放能量与充填体峰值变形能相近原则,确定了中关铁矿的最佳充填体强度为1.86 MPa,灰砂比为1∶6,对现场下一步的充填采矿生产具有重要的指导意义。Zhongguan Iron Mine is expected to adopt the stage open stoping with subsequent filling,in which the reasonable determining of backfill strength is one of the key.Since various problems occur in the traditional method to determine filling strength,it′s necessary to explore a more scientific approach to seek for reasonable match between backfill strength and rock mass.Laboratory mechanics tests on tailing cemented backfill in Zhongguan Iron Mine were carried out,obtaining the stress-strain curves.Based on this,the damage constitutive models of the backfill body before peak stress were established by using the damage mechanics.According to the principle that the peak deformation energy of backfill should be corresponded to releasing energy from excavated rock mass,the optimum backfill strength and ratio of Zhongguan Iron Mine were determined as 1.86 MPa and 1∶6respectively,which plays a significant role in baclfill mining production on site.
