摘　　要：名老中医学术传承研究对于加强中医人才培养、推动中医学术发展具有十分重要的意义。介绍了隐性知识的概念,指出中医学知识体系中存在大量的隐性知识。深入挖掘名老中医背后的"隐性知识",促进隐性知识由隐性到显性的转化,将有助于拓宽传承研究的思路,提高名老中医学术传承的效率。The research about academic inheritance of aged distinguished doctors of Chinese medicine has great significance in strengthening Chinese medical personnel training and promoting academic development of Chinese medicine. This paper introduces the concept of tacit knowledge,and points out much tacit knowledge existing in Chinese medical knowledge system. The researchers dig deeper into the＂tacit knowledge＂behind aged distinguished Chinese medicine doctors,and promote the transformation of tacit knowledge to explicit. It will help to broaden the thought about inheritance research and improve the efficiency of academic inheritance of aged distinguished Chinese medicine doctors.
