通督宁神方治疗督脉失和型失眠48例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通督宁神方治疗督脉失和型失眠的临床疗效。方法将督脉失和型失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组给予通督宁神方,每日1剂;对照组给予阿普唑仑片,每次0.4 mg,睡前1次顿服。两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分、睡眠状态自评量表(SRSS)评分及中医症状评分。结果两组治疗后ISI、PSQI、SRSS评分及入寐艰难、夜醒早醒、多梦、胸闷心悸、低落、盗汗、头晕头痛、神疲乏力、健忘、颈项板直、烦躁各症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后ISI、PSQI、SRSS评分及夜醒早醒、多梦、胸闷心悸、低落、盗汗、头晕头痛、神疲乏力、健忘、颈项板直、烦躁各症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通督宁神方能改善督脉失和型失眠症状,明显缓解失眠继发症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Ningshen Decoction（ 通督宁神方） treating insomnia of governor channel discord type. Methods Patients with insomnia of governor channel discord type were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Tongdu Ningshen Decoction,one dose every day. The control group was given alprazolam tablet,0. 4 mg each time,once before sleep at a draught. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Insomnia Severity Index（ ISI） scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） scores,Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（ SRSS） scores and Chinese symptoms scores in both groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,ISI,PSQI,SRSS scores and scores of symptoms in both groups,such as difficult to fall asleep,waking in the night and early morning,dreaminess,oppression in chest,palpitation,depression,night sweating,dizziness,headache,weakness,amnesia,cervical rigidity,dysphoria,etc. decreased（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,ISI,PSQI,SRSS scores and scores of waking in the night and early morning,dreaminess,oppression in chest,palpitation,depression,night sweating,dizziness,headache,weakness,amnesia,cervical rigidity and dysphoria in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Tongdu Ningshen Decoction might improve insomnia symptoms of governor channel discord type and relieve secondary symptoms of insomnia.
