摘  要:教师作为课堂教学活动的主体之一,其教学行为总会潜移默化地影响着学生,特别是对大一新生,因为它不仅关系着教学质量的高低,还关系到大一新生是否能够悦纳自己的大学,是否能够敬重自己的教师,进而关系到学生能否健康成长。在夯实基本教学方式的基础上,通过合理的教学行为,让大一新生参与自主命题,使其从大学最初的教学范式中感受到学校良好的教风和学风,从教师的教学行为中养成对学校和专业的热爱。教师承载的敬业精神和职业素养可通过适当的教学行为传递给大一新生,对其形成积极有益的影响。Teachers as the main body of the teaching activities,their teaching behavior always exerts a subtle influence on students,especially for the freshmen,because it not only affects the teaching quality,but also influences whether the freshmen can accept their own university or respect their teachers,which is related to the growth of students.Based on the solid teaching mode,aproper teaching behavior can permit the freshmen participate in autonomous proposition,which will make them know the good teaching and learning environment from the university's original teaching paradigm and the teaching behavior from the professional teachers.Teachers' dedication and professional accomplishment can be passed to the freshmen with an appropriate teaching behavior,which can make positive influence on them.
