浅谈在住院医师规范化培训体系下外科医生如何缩短学习曲线

摘　　要：目的探讨在当今医疗环境以及国家施行住院医师规范化培训(以下简称规培)的体系下,年轻外科住院医师如何学习,并进一步缩短自己的外科手术学习曲线。方法自我院开展腹腔镜直肠癌根治术手术以来,通过收集2010年10月至2015年10月的两组经验丰富的老一代手术医师所行的直肠癌腹腔镜切除手术病例共是233例,对单种手术进行手术时间分析,得出老一代外科医师的腹腔镜辅助直肠癌根治术学习曲线,进一步阐明现阶段年轻外科医师如何学习才能缩短自己在外科成长过程中的学习曲线。结果老一代外科医师的腹腔镜手术学习曲线转折点大约在34例左右,在当前的学习氛围和行医背景下,年轻外科医师的学习曲线要达到老一代医师的手术技术水平标准,可能需要更多病例和更长时间的努力。现阶段年轻医师需借助规培体系的良好学习契机,最大程度地缩短自己的外科学习曲线。结论现阶段年轻医师抓住规培学习契机,注重自学能力的培养,用发展的眼光看待规培,致力于缩短外科生涯的学习曲线,有利于医学事业的发展和进步。Objective To further explore the current medical environment and the implementation of the national hospital Resident standardized training system,the young surgical residents how to further shorten their surgery learning curve.Methods We collected clinical data since October 2010 to October2015,our hospital began to carry out laparoscopic of colorectal cancer resection,and two rich experienced laparoscopic surgery groups＇ operation data was 233 cases.The surgical effect of analysis,obtain older generations＇ laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery learning curve,to further explain young surgeons how to learn to further shorten his or her own learning curve in the process of growing up.Results The old surgeons＇ learning curve of laparoscopic surgery turning point about 34 cases,at present young physicians should be with the help of resident standardization training system learning opportunities,and strive to shorten the learning curve.Conclusion Young physicians seize the opportunity of resident standardization training,pay attention to the cultivation of self-learning ability,treat resident standardization training with the vision of development,and shorten the learning curve of surgical career,for medical career development and progression.
