摘 要:为建立怀地黄中地黄苷D的提取工艺,并比较不同炮制品中地黄苷D的含量,采用单因素实验法优选怀地黄中地黄苷D的提取工艺;采用高效液相色谱法测定怀地黄不同炮制品中地黄苷D的含量。结果表明:怀地黄中地黄苷D的最佳提取工艺条件为60%甲醇加热回流提取2 h,该工艺稳定可行,地黄苷D提取率较高;生地黄中地黄苷D的含量为0.250%,比熟地黄(0.208%)高。To establish the extraction process of rehmannioside D in Radx Rehmanniae,and compare its content in different processed products,the single factor experiments were conducted to optimize the extraction process,and the HPLC method was adopted to detect the rehmannioside D content. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were heating reflux extraction for 2 hours with 60% of methanol,which was stable and reliable with higher extraction rate. The content of rehmannioside D in Radix Rehmanniae was0. 250%,which was higher than that in Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata( 0. 208%).
