摘　　要：探讨了蒸发制冷全新风空调夏季在某纺织厂的应用。在传统蒸发制冷空调基础上优化其设计,改善送风系统和喷淋装置等结构,满足羊绒纺织车间夏季环境要求;优化空调的送风系统和回风系统图,减少了换气次数,节约了50%电能;改善喷淋装置,耗水量减少98%;空调沉降室加装过滤器,循环水变得清澈。该系统能够自动调节纺织车间温度和湿度,并通过测定其在新疆乌鲁木齐某纺织厂的夏季运行数据得出其应用效果。通过工艺性能和效益评估,得出其能很好地实现纺织厂的绿色环保、节能、自我调控的要求。The application of evaporative cooling fresh air-conditioning in a textile in summer was discussed. Optimize the design on the basis of the traditional evaporative cooling air conditioning,improve air supply system and spray system to meet the requirements of cashmere textile workshop environment in summer; Because of optimization of air supply system and return air system,it can reduce the air circulation ratio and save 50% electricity; Improve the spray device,water consumption can be reduced by 98%; Install the filter in the settling chamber of air conditioning room and circulating water becomes clear. The system can automatically adjust the temperature and humidity of the textile workshop. We know its application effect by measuring the operation data of a textile factory in summer in Xinjiang Urumchi. Through the process performance and benefit evaluation,we conclude that it can well realize the environmental conservation,energy saving and self-regulation in the textile factory.
