摘 要:对现有的几种煤自燃预报技术进行了简单说明,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。针对电厂煤堆自燃现象,提出一种以煤堆温度变化的方差随深度变化特性来预报煤堆自燃倾向的方法。并且建立了无内热源、有内热源的一维非稳态导热数学模型,基于有限差分方法的数值求解程序对其进行求解。对求解结果方差随深度方向的变化进行分析,得到内部温度变化的方差与内热源存在相关性关系。并结合电厂现场实验数据对比分析论证了通过方差对煤堆自燃预报方法的可行性。Description of several kinds of existing coal spontaneous combustion prediction technique were carried,and the advantages and disadvantages of every method was analyzed. A new method to forecast coal spontaneous tendency by using variation rule of variance is proposed. Mathematical model of one dimensional unsteady heat conduction which containing inner heat source or not is established,and it has been solved by the numerical solution procedure based on finite difference method. The correlation between the variance of temperature fluctuation and the inner heat source has been achieved by analyzing the solving result of variance along the depth direction. The feasibility of using variance to forecast spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile is verified by comparative analysis of the experiment date of power plant site.
