摘　　要：研究了采用EAF-LF-VD-CC生产P22高压锅炉管用连铸大圆坯的关键工艺技术,生产的厚壁高压锅炉管,钢质纯净、微量有害元素低、力学性能和探伤合格率稳定。The key technologies in the production of P22 continuous casting round billet for high-pressure boiler pipes produced by EAF- LF- VD- CC process were studied in the paper,and the high-pressure boiler pipes with thick wall produced was clean,of low trace harmful elements,with stable mechanical property and flaw detection qualified rates.
