摘  要:通过试验对比研究了亚温正火+弱水冷工艺对Q460C低合金高强钢板性能、微观组织和冷弯性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用亚温正火和正火后弱水冷的方式,可以有效细化晶粒并减少内部缺陷,钢板的强度性能损失显著降低,断后伸长率略有降低,冲击韧性改善明显,冷弯性能良好。The influence of subcritical normalizing + weak water cooling process on the microstructure,mechanical properties and cold bending property of Q460C low-alloy high-strength steel plate was contrastively studied through experiments. The experimental results showed that,by using subcritical normalizing+ weak water cooling process,the grain size could be effectively refined and the internal defects could be reduced,and thus the strength loss of plate was decreased significantly,the elongation was decreased slightly,the impact toughness was improved obviously,and the cold bending performance was good.
